Clinicient, a healthcare technology company built on improving the clinical and financial workflow for outpatient therapy practices, sought a workplace that aligned with the company’s next era of leadership and growth. Their existing two-floor office no longer supported collaboration, culture, or operational efficiency—prompting the need for a strategic partner to guide both organizational and physical transformation.

Relocate organization from two floors into a unified 20,000 RSF single-floor workplace
Provide seamless Owner’s Rep Project Management across dozens of vendors
Prepare employees for cultural and operational change through structured Change Management
Design a workspace supporting new ways of working and improved team connection
Deliver a turnkey transition including technology consulting, furnishings, and installation

Approach

Hyphn partnered with Clinicient and JLL from the earliest stages, offering a holistic, integrated delivery model. After lease negotiations secured a single-floor environment, Hyphn coordinated all construction, technology, furniture, and relocation partners while simultaneously guiding employees through Change Management touchpoints. The design team created a workplace tailored to Clinicient’s evolving culture, supported by thoughtful programming, modern workstations, and collaborative environments.

Outcomes & Impact

Clinicient moved into a cohesive, efficient, and beautiful new workplace that fully supports their organizational goals and employee needs. The transition was executed on time and under budget, with employees able to resume work on Day 1—supported by clear protocols, modern tools, and a space that fosters productivity and connection.
