Introduction

Hyphn supported the renovation of over 100,000 SF over two floors for this company’s New England location.

The design process began with an interactive visioning session to gather insights into the company’s brand and culture, the types of workspaces needed, and the desired feel for the new space. A theme of “Connect with Movement” emerged from these discussions.

The overall design of the space is modern, streamlined, and collaborative. The layout incorporates strategically placed areas designed for active engagement, transitional use, and focused work. Angles and intersecting lines indicate zones of activity and movement, particularly in the gathering and circulation spaces. Rounded corners and soft details create tranquil environments for focused work and team collaboration. Additionally, the materials used throughout the space, including ceiling, flooring, millwork, and other finishes, maintain a consistent theme that enhances these intended work environments and introduces warmth, texture, and sophistication.

The space includes a diverse range of collaboration spaces, including an employee hub and café with an interconnecting stair, upscale coffee and pantry stations, conference and huddle rooms, and open office space. Additionally, there is a dedicated area for IT support as well as upgraded facilities for creating podcasts and video content.
