JGP Wealth Management relocated to a new Portland office with a clear vision: create a professional, inviting environment that supports focused work while delivering a comfortable, accessible experience for clients. Hyphn partnered with JGP to deliver a fully integrated workplace solution, balancing aesthetic warmth with the high standards of privacy and confidentiality required in financial services.

Approach

Hyphn delivered an integrated approach combining design, furniture, occupier services, prefab construction, and workplace technology. To address privacy concerns, the team implemented layered acoustic solutions, including general sound masking in open areas and individually controllable sound masking in private offices. Prefabricated wall systems were upgraded with mineral insulation to achieve higher STC ratings, while Falkbuilt’s digital component construction allowed for efficient installation without sacrificing quality.
