Approach

Hyphn partnered closely with Longfellow and project collaborators to develop a holistic furniture and technology strategy tailored to a multi-use amenity hub. Leveraging research insights, environmental context, and prior experience with life science clients, the team curated a collection that balanced color, texture, performance, and comfort. Attention was given to creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a cohesive tenant experience throughout the campus.
