JGP Wealth Management moved to a new office, with a specific set of goals in mind. They wanted to create an inviting and professional environment that supported their employees and offered an accessible, pleasant experience for their clients. Hyphn provided a full suite of integrated services for this project, including furniture, design, occupier services, and AV technology. A key component was client confidentiality and privacy. Hyphn addressed this by providing general sound masking throughout open areas and individually-controllable sound masking within private offices. Further supporting a privacy-focused environment, Hyphn upgraded the prefab walls with mineral insulation to achieve high sound transmission class (STC).

The return of employees to the office from remote work necessitated a construction schedule that achieved both efficiency and quality. This project provided an opportunity to explore the full range of Falkbuilt’s digital component construction offerings—solid walls with integrated electrical, glass walls, doors, AV integration, casework, and decorative acoustic ceiling treatments.
A key outcome of this project was Hyphn’s ability to integrate multiple service lines, including occupier services, prefab construction, furniture, and technology solutions, to deliver this project. The resulting space provides JGP with room to grow and continue providing excellent service for their clients.
Built-in Confidentiality
JGP handles sensitive information daily, and ensuring this information remains confidential is key to client trust. A high Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating reflects the soundproofing of a space, significantly reducing the chance of overheard conversations and inadvertent information leaks. With Falkbuilt’s digital component construction, we were able to easily customize the prefab wall construction to achieve a high STC rating without the cost and time associated with traditional materials.
