Hyphn is proud to partner with RAJ Sports to help bring the Kaiser Permanente Performance Center to life, an ambitious new home for the Portland Thorns and Portland Fire.

Currently under development in Hillsboro, the facility represents a first-of-its-kind dual professional women’s sports performance center, purpose-built to support both elite soccer and basketball athletes under one roof. The project reflects a growing national investment in women’s sports and a commitment to providing dedicated, high-performance environments tailored to the needs of female athletes.

Spanning approximately 90,000 square feet, the complex will feature full-size training environments for both teams, along with advanced sports medicine, recovery, and performance spaces designed to optimize health, strength, and longevity. The facility is also envisioned as a resource for the broader community, reinforcing its role as both a training ground and a hub for connection and engagement.

As part of this groundbreaking project, Hyphn will outfit key environments throughout the performance center, helping create a cohesive, state-of-the-art experience that supports players, coaches, and staff in their day-to-day performance. By aligning thoughtful design with functional requirements, Hyphn is contributing to spaces that are adaptable, efficient, and built for the evolving demands of professional athletics.
