Longfellow Bioterra

Objectives & Scope

  • Create a standout amenity experience that differentiates Bioterra in a competitive life science market
  • Develop a cohesive “up in the treetops” concept across multiple shared spaces
  • Blend playful, nature-inspired storytelling with refined architectural finishes
  • Deliver flexible, high-performance environments adaptable to future tenants
  • Support Longfellow’s goals around wellness, sustainability, and community

Approach

Hyphn took a narrative-driven, highly collaborative approach that integrated Furniture & Interiors, Fringe Commercial Styling, and custom solutions into one cohesive process. By strategically allocating budget toward high-impact custom features, blending real and replica greenery, and sourcing vintage elements, the team balanced sophistication with whimsy. Close collaboration with the client and project partners ensured the storytelling, furniture, and architectural elements worked seamlessly together to create an immersive, elevated experience.

Outcomes & Impact

The finished Bioterra amenity spaces feel transportive and refined—spaces designed not only to support work, but to inspire curiosity, connection, and delight. The result is a distinctive amenity experience that strengthens Bioterra’s identity, enhances Longfellow’s national portfolio, and elevates the daily experience for tenants.

“Working with Hyphn on this project was a seamless and enjoyable experience. The team was incredibly collaborative, creative, and organized from start to finish.”
